Has Pakistan gotten rid of Load shedding?
You know, like they promised once they come to power in 3 months..
I mean 6 months..
Was it 1 years?
It's been 4 years by now...
Their claims of reduction in outages are also just feeding money to IPPs temporarily. They start burning more furnace oil. After a while load shedding comes back.
In beginning of current term, PML-N also announced Yellow Cab scheme a 3rd time. But soon in vanished. Just like Youth-Loan scheme.
All their projects are based on where they can get more commission transferred to their kids accounts abroad. That's why when Nawaz goes to China/Turkey etc on official visits, his sons arrive there too (to settle rates & how & where their cut is to be sent.
In laptop scheme, government paid a cost per laptop that was many times the market value.
