Nawaz knew little about ‘foolish’ Kargil op: ex-ISI chief

That's like FSc kid asking ABC.

ABC can be a short form of anything. What has education of any Level gonna help with that.

You are making a claim that the war in kargil was a Bad idea in 1999. You should come up with atleast a FSC Level answer to the question of how.

Just because politicians failed to build the narrative is not a Generals fault. On the map it made sense.

Anyhow it does not matter. Everybody knows kay iss khitte kay log ghaans kha lenge per bharay payt larenge nahi. Thats why hawa alood paani zehreela or wo bhi jald Band. Zameen kay liye power ka nasha.

Shayad ab larrlo.

Thats why i am advocating for war. Everyones just labeling each other traitor. Lets Go to war and find out kay Kaun kahan sajda karega jab jung ka naqqara bajega

The man was a former DG of ISI. Who else would know more about happened than the senior most officer of Pakistan premier intelligence agency? If not him, who else would you believe?

Some of the things he said are right, others are outright absurd. His assessment of India "not being as big a threat as perceived" is the biggest blunder. India is, and continues to remain, the biggest threat to Pakistan in the foreseeable future. CIA, NDS, MOSSAD and even Iranian intelligence will also join the band wagon nonetheless but role of RAW will remain predominant.

Thats not the answer... again, HOw?

Ask the mothers of the 1500 northern light infantry thst where bombed to death by the Indian bofars guns and the mirage2000 fighter laser bombs.you left their bodies in kargil..

You where humiliated by USA who blames Pakistan and today thst USA is an Indian ally now .

You lost all credibility as a responsible state who was merely arguing the Kashmir cause and instead accused of nuclear Sabre rattling and a military dictatorship which the west distrusts and hates.

India has 90% of the world in his camp over Kashmir .

You can blame kargil for ththat

Every General should be obsessed to war with India on Kashmir issue. Nothing wrong with Musharraf's Kargil maneuver.
If NS was not informed, he would have sacked Musharraf, as he was famous for sacking generals on slightest of opinion difference.
Again, Kashmir is our area and every minute Indian soldiers are sitting there, tells story of failiure of Pakistan generals.
This is why i say, Pakistan can never have general like Pervez Musharraf. He tried and he tried well and he failed due to generals like of Durrani.

You failed because you are much weaker state.

The biggest of all the problems plauging Pakistan is it's peoples greed. Discounting how much they own already, they still lust for more and by any means necessary. They will disregard the religion and the country if that is what is required of them to clinch their monetary objectives. His confessional timing suggests his eagerness to boost his value in the Indian market, which at the moment is being dominated by Nawaz Sharif.
