Miltary dictators recieved various types of American aid. No point arguing why their economic growth rates were high.
1997-1999 was a period of sanctions and this government's period is of strenghtning democracy, law and order and energy crisis. It has been proven the 18th ammendement is B.S. When PML-N was in power in the begining, they started to improve things. When they left, PPP led us to this incompetence. It has not only effected Punjab but all other provinces. @haters, stop living in wonderland.
In 2009 PML-N was in Federal govt Here is what they did in just 1 year
Dollar Value was 58 in 2008. In 2009 it was at 60. today by the end of 2013 in PPP tenure it is at 98
Musharrf has done most of damage to inflation but in 2008 to 2009 PML-N brought it down from 25% in 2008 to 11% in 2009. From 2010, the rate went up again under PPP to about 15%.
GDP Growth Rate went from 1.21% in 2008 to 4.09 in 2009. Under PPP in 2010 it went down to just a little above 2. In later years in 2011 it recorded lowest to 1.5%
