how much of these pakistan have now
Sea King MK-45/45A helicopters were acquired from UK on 28 September 1974 and 111 ASV/ASW Squadron was established. PN Sea Kings are fitted with Exocet AM-39 Anti Ship missile in ASV role and MK-46 torpedoes and Depth Charges in ASW role. The primary roles assigned are ASW and ASV along with infinite secondary roles such as SAR, MEDEVAC, HVBSS, Para Drop, VVIP/Passenger Ferry, MEDEVAC etc. Since its inception, 111 Squadron has been a linchpin of the PN operations. Be it a multi-national exercise e.g AMAN, KAKADU or mass relief operation such as earthquake of 2005, Flood Relief Operations in Punjab and Sindh in 2010 and Flood Relief Operations in Sindh in 2011, 111 squadron has always been at the forefront. This squadron has the unique capability to undertake Night Search and Rescue over sea. The squadron is routinely tasked at short notices to undertake challenging and risk prone helicopter operations. At present squadron has 06 Westland Sea King Helicopters. Avionics suite of PN Sea Kings is being upgraded to enhance its sensors capabilities. (Ref: Pakistan Navy website)

Any chance Pakistan is interested in 11 second hand Sea Kings?

They're being replaced in the RNoAF by the AW101 (the Navy and Coast Guard are getting NH90s to replace their Lynx)

You are right just had thoughts you cleared thanks

in first pic it says 2 ciws and in second there is 1 with 2 x 25 mm semi auto guns
There may be some confusion caused by the liberal use of the term CIWS.
See: http://www.janes.com/article/53140/aselsan-to-provide-ciws-for-pakistani-fleet-tanker

Normal would be 1 true CIWS (i.e. Phalanx) at the bow with some cannon at the rear of the hangar and hmg near the bridge wings..

See e.g. PNS Moawin (2x twin 25mm + 1x Phalanx + 2x HMG)

See PNS Nasr (1x Phalanx, 3x twin 37mm, some hmg)

New tanker:

But there is no reason why you couldn't use 2 Phalanx CIWS and no 25mm cannon

PN operated both Sea King and Harbin Z-9, but there are other 'Sea King size' helicopters, including the US Sea Hawk

Quanta costa?

No price stated yet.

They're still in service as the 330 rescue squadron (my old squad) shows with a recent student training op in Sola:

The first of our twelve ordered AW101s hasn't even been delivered yet and is undergoing flight testing, with its first flight being on March 21st, 2016. So it'll be a while before they're offered for sale... if at all.

They are from 1973 (first entry into service), yes? That's makes them just a year older than those operated by Pakistan Naval Aviation ;-)

I say Avicopter AC313 aka Changhe Z-8F-100 might be a good option for PN. Specifically Changhe Z-18F (although too bad it didn't retain the boat hull of the SUper Frelon / Z-8)

So it can't do this no more:

The Sea King still can.

Then again ... these ain't got a boat shaped lower hull either, so who knows.

PN try to get some
refurnished helos from usa to replace sea kings

.
I think it is just a reference to hangar size: in can house not 2 Sea King sized but 1 plus a smaller helicopter i.e. likely 2 of the smaller helicopters.
minister says in a recent interview that two helicopters can land
