I am aware of establishment. Indian establishment was initially under Nehru a den of antinationals. But as of now, RSS is the establishment. Indian establishment got change of hands in 2014. So, the establishment of India is quite a recent one.

Allied nations have gained very little. Syria has no oil as all of it has been depleted. Only about 1.5 billion barrel is left which is hard to extract as most of it is in depleted wells. Yemen & Afghanistan are also useless. Lebanon is also useless and is mostly under KSA control, not NATO control. Iraq is either under Iranian or KSA influence. Unlike what you think, there has been a split in relations of KSA & USA as KSA started to consider USA as a thief who steals their oil and gives nothing in return. It became unsustainable for KSA and hence relations have split. So, USA is now having a difficult time. USA increased its oil production despite having low reserves mainly to get independence from KSA & Arabs due to this split.

This split between GCC-NATO happened mainly because of pressure from RSS-Modi who forced GCC to invest in India and give assured oil supply, thus stretching their oil production limits. This made them kick out USA to reduce oil production pressure.

Check Syrian oil production before Arab spring revolution.

The oil production was around 0.35 million barrels a day in 2011. It was almost about to be net importer in a few years at that point of time. This shows that oil reserves had depleted significantly and that Syria was becoming bankrupt due to loss of income.

Now, this does not indicate the exact oil reserves but it definitely indicates that Syrian oil reserves should have been lower than 4 billion barrels unless it was intentionally underextracting. Considering that Syria was in desperate need for oil money, it is unlikely to have underextracted oil. So, the oil reserves of Syria in 2011 was likely to be about 2-2.5 billion barrels. As of now, with about 9 years of extraction by ISIS and Syria, though in lower quantity, the oil reserves would have depleted further to about 1.5 billion barrels.

According to USA, Syrian oil reserves were 2.5 billion barrels in 2015 (assuming that Syrian oil production fell to negligible levels since 2011 and not accounting for ISIS and other production). But if we include ISIS production and black market sales via Turkey, the oil extracted is higher and hence the oil reserves would be lower.

Macron 'positively Assesses' Sochi Deal on Syria

Rus Federation President and French President Discuss Moscow-France Deal


The French President has “positively assessed" the recent Turkish-Syrian - Arab - India Deal on Syria talk with Rus Federation, the Kremlin said on Saturday, 26th October 2019.

During the Conversation with France’s Macron, Rus Federation's President Stressed that the Agreement Addresses the Interests of all involved Parties( Germany, France, United Kingdom, Rus Federation, China, Iran, Pakistan, Venuzuela, Mexico, South Africa ) , the Kremlin said in a Statement.

The Measures Specified by the Sochi Memorandum are a Good Basis for Stabilization in the Euphrates Region and will contribute to the settlement of the Syrian crisis as a whole," the Statement said.

Both Presidents of Rus Federation and France has Expressed hope the First Meeting of the Baath Constitutional Committee in Geneva next week will be Results-Oriented.

On 9th October 2019, Turkish Armed Forces Launched Operation Peace Spring to Eliminate Enemy Military Personels from Northern Syria East of the Euphrates River in Order to Secure Turkey’s borders, aid in the safe Return of Syrian Refugees, and Ensure Syria’s Territorial Integrity.

South African President says Encouraged by Engagement with Rus Federation.

Republic of South Africa, President Cyril Ramaphosa said on Friday he was Encouraged by Engagement with Rus Federation, where Republic of South Africa, President Cyril Ramaphosa attended the First Rus Federation-South Africa Summit.

This Engagement is Based on Mutual Respect, with which Countries Engage as Equals in Dealing with their Challenges and Developmental Issues, Republic of South Africa, President Cyril Ramaphosa said Upon Return from Sochi, where the Rus Federation - South Africa Summit was held on 23-24 October 2019.

The Rus Federation President Described the Summit as "successful," which started off with the business sector from various countries in Africa interacting with the Rus Federation Business Sector in an exchange that "was most productive."

"The Businesses that came from South Africa spanned a Number of Sectors of the Economy, and their Engagement with Rus Federation Businesses in Mining and Information Communication Technology (ICT) and oil Extraction amongst others were Quite Meaningful," Rus Federation President said.

The Summit was aimed to Forge Closer Collaboration on Regional and International issues of common interest, raise Strategic Dialogue between Rus Federation and African Countries to a Qualitatively Higher Level, and contribute to Peace, Security and sustainable Development on the African Continent.

The Summit was framed around Three Thematic Pillars, namely Forging Economic Ties, Creating Joint Projects, and Collaborating in the Humanitarian and Social Sector.

Republic of South Africa, President Cyril Ramaphosa commended Rus Federation for the support provided to African Countries During the struggle against Colonialism and Apartheid and Likened the Summit to a Second Wave of Support by Rus Federation towards the Economic Developmental Agenda of Africa.
