I think it would be impractical to use any SLV as a missile. I can think of many reasons.
1) All SLV has liquid engines in at least one stage. Fueling it takes time to rule out any quick response
2) SLV are not designed with special attention towards storage and durability. I mean to say all systems in ICBM should be ready to go instantly when command comes
3) Shape of SLV is not suitable for mobility or storage in underground silos or submarines.
4) It takes a long time to assemble SLV before launch.
5) SLV need not be as precise as ICBM. so guidance system of SLV is not accurate.
6) SLV has multiple stages. This increases the chance of failure. hence the extensive checks vefore launch and a prolonged countdown....
These are all that I can think from top of my mind. Every single one is a contraindication for use of SLV as ICBM.
Are you serious? I mean just look at difference in size of Saturn5 and a V2. you might well as compared Saturn5 with Tipu Sultan's rockets... Every thing is linked with others by some way... ;-)

Apollo (space) rockets were based on German V-2 rocket (military) tech.
