Interior ministry haved recently installed 2000 cctv cameras in Islamabad. The cost of safe city project is $150 million , so it's not really cheap.

Is Kharian sector complete because What I know it is still under construction we are pretty much trying to develop similar thing which Jordan has

What about Peshawar?
The Islamabad safe city project was initially rejected by the SC for being costly but after Nisar took over, he again relaunched this project and was approved because capital of Pakistan needs to be secure and safe. These cameras will have face recognition technology.

I don't think such amount of money will be granted for other cities right now.

Am I reading this right $150 million for 2000 cameras and maybe monitoring station as well? That has to be a rip off.

MashaAllah, combatants from all services are getting trained in these batches. This training will create a bunch of trained fighters in every place of Pakistan. Terrorists will meet these fighters whenever they attack any installation. CTD, SSU, Elite Force should also be trained and equipped to provide Quick Response incase of any miscreant attack.
