National Identity Crisis Threatens Afghanistan Peace

What ethnic background do you belong to? What's your opinion on the break of Afghanistan on ethnic lines.

I am half and half, Tajik and Pashtun.

Why would we want Afghanistan to break? even if it did there would still be divisions. The Tajiks themselves have differences between one another, and its the same with the Hazaras who currently have 3 differing factions, Uzbeks are have their problems as well which is why the Rapist warlord Dostum raped his Uzbek political rival.

Splitting Afghanistan won't solve Afghanistan's problem, every nation has these problems, our is just magnified because of the war. In Afghanistan our situation is not critical like the Kurds and Baloch, we don't want to seperate that badly, they only want the war to end so they can carry on with their regular lives.

I simply want Afghanistan's name changed to Khorasan as it will include everyone, not just Afghans (Pashtuns), just like Pakistan includes everyone so will the name of Khorasan in Afghanistan.

Somewhat yes... Iran is the country where "Iranians live" technically Afghans (Pashtuns) and Tajiks are also fall under an Iranian peoples (Iranic). The core difference between us and them is that we are Sunni and they are Shia, that is all.

Otherwise, Aryana makes much more sense than Afghanistan, since Afghanistan is named after one Iranic group, Aryana would include all the rest (Baloch, Pashai, Pashtun, Tajik etc.)

Nation identity crisis or whatever. It threatens Afghanistan peace 3 times a day. Even rains effect Afghanistan peace.
Everything effects.
Now it is only up to ashraf ghani.
Pakistan and US has done their job. His wise president would be the kill joy. Would so some false terroist attack.

The taliban must have given some solid guarantees in this week long curfew otherwise something might have happened by now.
