One is a man of intellect, drive, hardwork, passion for what he believes in, a visionary - the other is a gibbering idiot - which is which ??? :)

. . .
It was initially a shopping mall ( Falcon shopping mall) on Shahra e Faisal Karachi.
On the intervention of Supreme court, it was converted as NATSP
Is it now an incubator or lab space for air force related start-ups or well established companies or more a venture of the Air Force?

Having fancy buildings is only one part of the equation - having good universities that produce high quality young graduates on internationally recognised world class standards is the other.

Didn't the goverment cut the education budget so that it could give more money to the army/armed forces recently ??? Seems to be a disconnect in the strategy ??

Both is being worked upon. Air Force plans to work with already established public sector Universities. Specially those teaching Aeronautical Engineering, Cyber, Artificial Intelligence and related fields plus establish their own and also establish training centers for people who have degrees related to it but don't have known how of specific skills required by PAF and NASTP.

Yeah I mentioned this before several times but better to have this conversation once construction for the main building in Kamra is finished.

Maybe next route after that is a boost in educational expenditure and a special focus on the quality - unfortunately we build some buildings and pay someone to write fancy policy pages - but quality of research work and environment needs to be of a higher professional standard which starts at quality of education

Hopefully we establish links with Turkish and Chinese universities which can give a big boost in this field

The first two.

Main building is the one in Kamra currently under construction

There's also one in Lahore similar to this which is nearly finished

Pakistan has officially launched National Aerospace and Technology Park. It would help Pakistan build technologies for fighter jets, drones, space and cyber. As I am writing this its launching ceremony is taking place in Rawalpindi. Baykar CEO is also among those who are attending this event.

This too is going to be a failure,
just like each and every bloody initiative has been

Surely in the faujistan it's the person on the right who is an idiot.

That is the one in Karachi.

There is one in Rawalpindi (being inaugurated right now I think according to Zarvan)

There is one in Lahore which is almost completed.

And there is the main building under construction near PAC (labelled as NASTP in the image above)
Kamra NASTP building under construction??
One of my friends applied for NASTP Rwp, they were totally ignoring NTS criteria (that they set) and the candidates were more or less already decided. That's what he said.
