I was uploading a video on youtube today after returning from a long vacation back to my youtube channel.Long enough to surpass the duration of the current youtube ban.
The problem that i've faced while uploading is that the video is not getting processed as it used to.Taking a long time and is yet not available for viewers to watch.
I haven't received any of the email confirmations as well.Although they did mention that it'll be provided as soon as the video becomes available online.

So what conclusion should i draw from it?
1- That i can view Youtube via proxy ,but can't upload the videos on it via the same?
2- Or that the duration of processing after uploading a video has remarkably increased since i've left......& it doesn't get available online as soon as it's uploaded?

Since everything else is working fine and is in top-notch condition.I fail to see any other reason here.
What's recommended......should i upload more videos to test it?

That is misunderstanding by most people, the word 'chronic' means 'long lasting' while 'bronchitis' is a term that deals with Lungs.
