I had asked Hype a question, was wondering on your take on it. What do you think caused the read-outs to show a yield of 30-35 kt in the Shakti-1 test during Pokhran-2 rather than the 40-45kt expected yield?

Some fissile material "fizzled out". Could be for various reasons such as bad design/construction or lack of expertise in the test team in setting up the procedure.

Why no Bihari jokes? Although Biharis are known to be sensitive and all, but still I find them hilarious. Its a bit difficult for people to get pissed with me coz I am an equal opportunity offender, a bihari/bengali who agitates all those around him.
