nasa has to satisfy u.s public for billion dollars budget from tax payers money so every year they claim a new successful mission when in this world million of people are dying of poverty they are wasting money on failed mission which have no output since 1960 moon landing.If moon landing by u.s was successful u.s would not spare a single day to form military base on moon because they have history of this but they are unable to establish a base on moon by now which shows that it was not successful mission as they claimed

Russia put the first robotic rover in space. Lunokhod 1 is the grand daddy of all robotic rovers. Actually, Americans didn't have rovers until afterwards when they copied Russians.

As uninteresting as it is at least you CAN set foot on it. Many planets are gas giants with no surface or so inhospitable that you would have a hard time making it to the surface..
