Lolwa, last time i had a fight with someone proposing chemtrails were being used by CIA to make the Americans dumber and reduction in crops growth, so they can kill off the poors.

If it is getting sprayed in the atmosphere then they would've no control over the spray as it might travel with wind and fall on the rich instead of poor.
Though i still dont completely believe in it.
