I think it is a very good decision. She has a different way of thinking and also she has the issue of an idiot daughter as she is a patwaran (she supports PMLn) so she could create troubles for her down the road.

Whats the purpose? Have ministries for Railway, Aviation, Road and Water Transportation? In developed countries we have only one ministry of Transportation not just for one kind of transport.
