Doesn't matter if a deity was born there in an exact place. That's not the case or issue here. It's about the ownership of the property exclusively the Babri Masjid. Land rights around the masjid are already for the trust. They have legal documents for that.No man the trust is not owner. The case has lord Ram as petitioner, represented by Trust. Thus the trust getting land. By gathering at some place for 100 years with conviction that Ram was born there, doesn't make you owner. Anyway, I was born in Zhob at my maternal home and idk which floor, bed, time and exact same spot. I bet you don't know either but somehow pin location of lord Ram's birthplace is known.
We are not living in some perfect society. There are groups who will take this opportunity to incite violence. Why should government or courts play to such tunes. Court weighed on the options and gave a balanced judgement when there is no precedence to such a case. That kills the notion that there is either harmony in community or there is no intimidation.
How quickly one gets verdict is not an incriminating evidence. Killing one judge won't overturn a judgement, a person can be tried more than once and any other judge could overturn this judgement. Also, Judges are not appointed by the government, but by a collegium of judges. So imagine the painstaking process Amit Shah has to go through. Then how the next judge exempted Amit from all previous charges so quickly.
Kill judge, get a favorable judge who would let him go. Then appoint another judge who would hear his case in High court and Supreme Court and still give a favorable judgement. All the while he was nobody in Indian politics just a Home Minister of a largely insignificant state.
