In reality, Najam Sethi sold us out when he should have formed an alliance with Bangladesh, South Africa and Sri Lanka against the Big 3 as the Big 3, on their own, are nothing!

1) accept the offer and be part of the the big 4 which would be for the betterment of Pakistani cricket.

2) decline the offer and and isolate our selves and play Bangladesh Afghanistan and Sri lanka and never complain if anything goes against us.

3) create our own version of ICC with teams like UAE Nambia Kenya etc...

we have a decent offer and its for the betterment of our cricket
i don't know what self respect of corrupt Pakistan fans are talking about ."



Also considering we're a piss poor nation atm do you really think that we could fund our own league when we can't even fund our dams, schools and other vital infrastructure....

Don't get excited guys, rumors are: as per new constitution of PCB, chairman doesn't enjoy much power. Hence Sethi is not running for chairman elections and has resigned. The main power hub will be MD of PCB, and Sethi is gonna hold that position.

Too bad, you decided to post before you bothered to read or understand my post. I just do not know why this is becoming a common pattern on this forum.

Anyway, let me repeat:

Pakistan is the most desired, followed team in the world after India. Sri Lanka, Bangladesh and New Zealand cannot even come close combined so ICC is simply incomplete without Pakistan.....now the 4th big!

Basically, as I stated in my previous post, we should have combined forces with Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, New Zealand and South Africa and should have come out on top rather than at Number 4! The offer could easily have been extended to UAE, Afghanistan, Hong Kong, Ireland, Kenya, Namibia, USA, Scotland and any and all other 'B' Teams.

3 Big should have been unacceptable right from the beginning, we moved too slow and lost the initiative to BCCI!
