This was done very easily in NA-250. Infact, PTI workers(namely my Phupo's son) were very happily boasting about doing the votes themselves having all access to the ballot boxes. The Army kept everyone else out( Since most military kids were into PTI as well and their daddies helped out). But the simple fact is, MQM is the party whose leaders and workers are suspect and acquitted in murder and corruption cases. Hence, it cannot accuse the PTI of anything.
