Well the two seater was the prefered choice for the export market. The PAF never wanted it. The two seater might become useful if the create a ECM variant

We are share holders of the Jf17 project. Any sales related to the project which generate profit will be split two way according to the respective shareholding of each of the two companies i.e PAC and CAC. Doesn't matter where the plane is built.
