My take : NSA level talks - Red lines of principles vs Infiltration mindset !!!
India as a nation came together and booted out congress regime . Larger than average people voted for BJP under Narendra Modi leadership . The reason for this is corruption drenched congress party anf the shame they brought to the Indians and the nation but the main reason can be found in their foreign policies which has made India a laughing stock among international community . Pakistan had its way thru out tte congress regime . As if its India has moral duty to have peace with pakistan at any cost even when pakistan dont want to and bleeding India with terrorism launched from P O K . One if the most important point I want to bring you is the way Congress made Separatist leaders meeting pakistan delegations as a normal affairs .
How awe full ? Pakistan and India still stare down their throats for Kashmir . Pakistan is Indias enemy no 1 . I mean who even with a peanut size brain will allow their enemies to hold talks with Anti Nationals inside their own country ?
Will pakistan allow Indian officials holding tea party or dinner with Balouch , sindh , Karachi , Gilgit separatists ? Then why India was allowing this to happen? No one knows as this is more than impossible in anyone's national interest .
So back on topic. After coming to power the Modi government has taken very deceive strong strategic road map for Indian foreign policy . Even though Policies against pakistan is more stringent ad it had added flavour of Spy Master NSA Ajit Dovel known as Modi Dovel Doctrine which has successfully isolated pakistan in their own backyard in just 15 months . During his swearing in ceremony Modi invited SAARC countries head of the state including Nawaz Sheriff. But it was clear cut message to Pakistan when India rejected any meetings between Sheriff and Separatists evem before he was sworn in . And thats the red line we drew for talks with pakistan. But all opposition parties who let Pakistan kashmir Separatist meet to take place questioned and mocked "How long PM can maintain this laxman Rekha"?
But India called off the talks most recently just bexause Pakistan diplomats hosted dinner/tea party for kashmir separatists.
After a very long period Pakistan and India met at UFA , Russia where Pakistan gave it words and agreed to hold talks on terror at NSA level as its not diplomatic talks where all issues can be discussed but NSA is ment to solve Terrorism charges and keeping LOC peaceful so no mentioning of Kashmir as per UFA Agreement and the joint press release too.
And surprise surprise : Just after UFA agreement hostility at the border LOC IB bexame extremely hot . Infiltration increased , terror attscks increased. Cease fire violence increased . Later report suggested that Pakistan Army took over the NSA level talks a d was not happy with civilian government to trap itself on terror evidence India can produce and leaving kashmir behind will affect the will of terror organisations like LeT and other groups created by PA as proxies.
Mission Way OUT : Pakistan Army tried every single tricks in the book to make India to call off the talk . By violation of ceasefire and infiltration terrorism .But lol terrible failure . Unlike precious government Modi dint called off the talks but made its stands very clear to hold NSA level talks even after live terrorist who attacked BSF convoy was caught red handed .
So finally they resorted to manipulate tye UFA agreement to add kashmir in the NSA level talks which itself against Pakistans elected PM'S commitment . Their bramhastra was 'Separatists card' This was deliberate attempt and desperate attempt to make India to call off the talks . LOL we dint rather we arrested separatist and jailed them as there is no constitutional rights to allow enemies hosting Anti nationals .
Lets talk terror first or No talks :
So Indias FM Susma Swaraj briefed the nation that Pakistan should meet two of our conditions to have talks. Terror talks or No talks ! Terror first Kashmir later !!! Pakistan waited till the last seconds anc finally fell into their own trap . They called off the NSA level talks siting 'Pre conditions are not acceptable" Thats a huge embarrassment for Pakistan for not keeping up with their own words
What are the 2 preconditions put forward by India ?
1) Follow the Shimla Agreement .All issues should be sorted out bilaterally so there is no 3rd party ! So insisting to involve separatist or UN or US or China wont work out .As per your own agreement .
2) Honour the UFA agreement finalised by Nawaz Sheriff and Narendra Modi . Which is to start with talks on terror , then holding regular talks between two security forces and calm down the atmosphere at LOC. NSA will be discussing terrorism . And terror alone !!!
So there is no preconditions as Pakistan claims . Thats totally misleading and disgusting . They dont want to hold talks on Terror as india was supposed to bring in living proof USMAN the second kasab from Pakistan and many other open shut case of Pakistan involvement . So its clear that Pakistan dont want to have peace with India .
So India must recall MFN status and cut all ties with pakistan as it has shown the talks with pakistan is just waste of time . So be it . Until unless Pakistan allow our high commission to meet separatist leaders of sindh , balouch , gilgit baltistan , Karachi we won't aloow pakistan to hold talks with kashmir separatists .
Congress made it as usual day of business but in reality how can Indian government allow enemy pakistan to hold talks with anti nationals ? Shameless congress now exposed too. This Modi government will not alloe these things to happen anymore you can do what ever you want . If you cant talk with indian government without talking to separatist then you dont have to talk . If LoC get hot again we know how to cool it off or we can handle red hot LoC at any temperatures . We will make sure our land will be safe and kashmir is integral part of Indian Republic .
