Rather than police i would say call the Army. They'll send the relevant authorities to pick him up.

The Military has NO role in law enforcement. Not even the ISI can essentially "catch" anyone. They may pick and hand over elements to the law enforcement agencies who are then to prosecute the subject. In this case a media approach coupled with talking to the FIA or IB might help.

Buddy, you are mistaken. ISI CAN and WILL pick up people. That doesn't come directly under law enforcement, but in the interest of prevention of terrorism they can act. Hence the missing Balochs. ISI well and truly knew what they were up to. ISI has the uniforms and marked vehicles of all state and provincial law enforcers. You won't know if they are ISI or regular police, perhaps with the exception of bulging bellies and lack luster moves. That's how they've caught number of operatives from Pakistan's highways and motorways. They assist everywhere from narcotics trafficking in Balochistan/KPK to border checks for smuggled/NCP vehicles at Peshawar/Chaman for Customs Intelligence (since Pakistan Customs and Excise have to be the most hadharami organization out there.) They also have controls and procedures to deal with forex transfers at major banks. IT IS PART OF THEIR JOB.

Remember, recently we were hearing, so and so got caught from Karachi's Sohrab Goth/Baldia town/Shah Faisal area on a tip off? Yeah, the tip off comes from ISI, and they take those hardened criminals into custody, the left overs are then informed to the police to go and raid, register FIR normal formalities etc. ISI like any intelligence agency has it's own interrogation cells. The Law is very murky, but as you know, if there is one public funded organization in Pakistan, that actually works, it is ISI. The other being the civilian NH&MP

I also provided his fb statuses which shows his open support to ISIS .And i last met him physically in 2007 so there is no personal reason here .The only reason is Pakistan's internal security and I am just fulfilling my duty as a Pakistani citizen .Nothing more nothing less.

First of all, don't display his personal profile for everyone to see here. Delete that. Just because he is showing sympathy and rhetoric doesn't mean he's a danger to Pakistan. There are a lot of people in the Arab world who express sympathy just because they don't like Assad/Iran. Many are also Salafi Muslims and it just their social way of life. They like the social network, even though they live ordinary lives.

As for what you do inside Pakistan that is none of my business and all yours. However I think it's wrong to do so here.

I did not took him seriously but after the ISIS recruitment news popping up in Pakistan I think this is something really serious.

Not at all. The ISI can pick up people and keep them in various holding locations. It can also have these people thrown off helicopters into the Arabian sea if required. However, when it comes to local prosecution cases the ISI does not involve itself in overkill.

or maybe just go to an internet parlor in a market area, create an email id or check if someone has left his mail account open, and send a anonymous tip to some relevant agency.
