Does the Iranian Armed Forces have any history of transparent investigative committees providing critical reviews of the Army's actions? If not then how can you say with any amount of authority that it has not happened?

i am not saying it is not possible to get a mutinery (about 2009 sadly things happened i cannot say much here in this topic . not the subject. sadly people suffered lot in 2009).
