Cameron when he came to power stupidly decided to raise foreign spending to 0.7 percent of GDP. That's 12 billion, an unbelievable amount when you consider he's making major cuts to police, military, schools etc.

that's sad , i've never been to UK , sure the british people deserve more , but the brits i've met in dubai , were kinda "corrosive" if you will , even comparing to americans there ..
