The conclusion drawn by Larrive in a report as part of an action plan “against Islamist radicalisation in prison” This action plan is now likely to involve several hundred prisoners, Le Figaro reported.

The report estimates that 60% of the prison population in France, that is to say 40,000 prisoners, can be considered Muslim, “culturally or originally”.

French deputy Larrive, who has worked on the budget of the Prison Service for 2015, calls for “setting up specialized anti-radicalization shock therapy units (USAR) for prisoners returning from jihad”

Most French Muslims are N African Arabs by observation. I am not too sure about the exact statistics.

Also, many Westerners have deeply ingrained racism against dark skin. East Asians are not dark and it is also true that they have a strong culture of education, unlike many (not all) Muslim communities.

They are almost 9 times more represented in jails than they should be.

I don't know France has any law discriminating on the basis of religion but apologists will keep grabbing at some documentary or other excuses. This attitude is not gona help.

The Malay Muslims in Singapore is kind of blessing for Chinese

Personally, I do not trust East Asian culture entirely. In Singapore, Lee Kuan Yew, a hybrid of East and West could be a monster if not of Malay. First, Malays are proscribe of studying Mandarin and Chinese are not able to study Malay in schools in the form of red tape...ec(red tape, restriction....etc). PAP want to create division.

Malay hate the Chinese for many reason. One of them is, right now many jobs require Chinese language skills, and they think it is racist.

With Malay going into poverty, every policy of Kuan Yew must be well calibrated in order not to squeeze the poor too hard.

Imagine if Singapore is 100% Chinese society, we will be a capitalist workers hell.

There is give and take. Meanwhile we must tolerate their Jihad and radicalization.

The true division in Singapore society is class. Race and religion is used by PAP to mask class division.
