i am not judging anyone , Islam is very serious on its basic principles , Worship one god , Dont worship idols ,
calling Imam-e-hind to ram , is itself contradict with Islam , cause Ram was worshiped as god , so anyone who worship another god , simply cant be a muslim .

I don't understand, why is Christianity different from islam then ? and why are so many sects there in islam.

there was a nice interview on NDTV with jaggu vasudev. one line he saud struck me that the people who follow Hinduism are seekers not believers. We are looking for freedom (mukti or moksha) and God is just a tool in achieving that.
It sruck me to be true that all the elders talk about getting moksha and not about going to heaven or hell. so according to me the search is eternal. The Search like God is eternal. Freedom is the destination. not god.

I don't think ram taught anything. I don't know if Ram existed even. Ram leads by example for us to understand and try to follow what is appropriate.

No muslim will ever pray to another god, other than Allah. If they did this, by Islam's law, they are no longer muslims. this is the biggest sin one can do.

Tell that to them. For us they are Indian Muslims because they claim to be so. We don't go about giving certificates. Even the RSS does not call beef eating Hindus non Hindus.

I'm simply taking this to a logical conclusion. I don't know what is and isn't allowed in Hinduism, but I do know at least the basics of Islam, as every Muslim is taught during childhood. It is clear to me that they're commiting a grave sin, but like I said, its up to God to judge them.

islam is further along the same line that prophet jesus started and before him were others... i have no objection to present buddha as a prophet too as he did not propagate idolatry ( as far as i know ) among other things.

modern christianity is really not what jesus preached.

a mistake... true islam does not have sects... it was a unnecessary dispute sometime after the death of prophet muhammad that started the two main divisions called sunni and shia, and then disputes in interpretation of quran created more and more sects or what some call "schools".

You are right, God cannot be messenger. Messengers are human and no human can be free of sin hence you will find fault in every avatar of God mentioned in Hinduism.

sir, I think the very fact that there were so many messengers and sects is proof enough for me that religion is man made and to add further fuel to the fire, religion is a political tool.

If we strip god and religion and religion from politics I think we will all be better off.
