You do realise that almost all the arab countries have sex ratio higher than that of "Hindu" India. Unless of course you are suggesting that muslim arabs have a tendency to conceive more males than the rest of the world.

I'm not taking sides on this issue but would like to point out your incorrect use of the data there. Places like the UAE have large numbers of migrant workers who would skew the sex ratio since they tend to be male. This neither confirms or disproves a sex bias at birth.

I doubt the authenticity of the source.
