According to Quran, she or he have to be reached the age of puberty. A 15 years old person is probably reached it.

But it does not end here. Quran continues to qualify and says should to reach adequate mental maturity to make right decisions. A 15 years old person usually cannot reach it in these age ranges.

So this is a terrible decision by the court.

Just watch the last one minute of the video its about a atheist talking to a islamic preacher how apostasy is punishable by death in Islam and he says "yes in a islamic country Apostasy is dealt with a death penatly".
