im sure they'd be fine, if not then word will spread and countries who dont even have muslim players would reconsider going there.
in my opinion its a cheap shot at india here, but indeed there are threats to muslims and are being killed there too.

your terrorists threaten players and referees. You attack civilians in gujrat. Knock down musjids and have the audacity to point fingers at others. Ask a Christian a Sikh a Muslim or for that matter any ethnic minority how they feel about the so called vegetarian Hindus who won't kill a soul unless it suits them. It's surprising how many players and referees turn up to play, and hang around for their rather large pay packets. Of course their number is being overtaken by other foreign sportsmen (and referees and coaches). The hockey team is coached by a foreigner, and so are the eight to ten professional football teams in the football league.

Did you mention Christians, Sikhs and Muslims? You mean the ones on these teams, or the couch-potatoes?
