Throws first punch on cops and then playing the Muslim card.
Just confirms what I already knew without even reading this part two days ago when I made a post saying that any Indian who had seen the dynamics between the police and a certain type of young Muslim male would guess with over 95% accuracy what exactly happened.
A section of Indian Muslim society suffers from a curious mix of oppression paranoia manifested as a ghetto isolationism, incongruously partnered with what is a distinct entitlement syndrome.
They have scant respect for the police bordering on derision and outright ridicule, emboldened by the fact that the police's hands are always tied when and where Muslim youth are involved. Has been the case for much of our history as an independent nation.
As I said earlier, sadly for this youth, the maulvi's did not come in time.
Cheers, Doc
That support reminds me of Ahmediyyas who were the greatest supporters of Pakistan movement IINM. See, their situation now? They are unbelievers and heretics for the truely 100% believers. Same with India's Parsis, Jains and other groups. Supporting India's secular nature is the duty; not blind Muslim hatred and do the lap dance for Hindutva fascists.
After seeing those ghetto musalman in Bombay without any education and only herd mentality and violence, you may have generalized the group. You may find Muslims in south like Kerala better than those there. They don't follow 100% religion and Sunnah. Deen must remain as private not in public to insinuate hatred against others like Urdu speaking North Indian Muslims do.
takeiteasy, I've been around the block. I did not grow up in Maharashtra or Mumbai. I grew up in Bihar, in Jamshedpur. And I've grown up among Muslims in a largely Muslim dominated area. The early part of my boyhood. My early play friends were mostly Muslim. So was my best friend in school, and my best friend today is also half Muslim.
Maharashtra, Kerala, Karnataka, these are very sophisticated places. Please come to Bihar and UP some time to see the other India. The India which is the seat of power. And centuries old blood feuds across multiple lines.
