1.What is there to be sure about? Everything is based on"May be's".

2. Indian Intel is well known for their failure, first to foresee and then to detect who really was involved? Till very recently everything was done by ISI. Then LeT has become the favorite culprit. BD's JMB or HUJI (whose existence is unknown here) are also named at times. At times screw ups take place like the case of Lt. Col. Shrikant Prasad Purohit , an MI officer said to be linked to Abhinav Bharat, a shadowy right-wing outfit of Swami Aseemanand.

3. However, in my view most, if not all of these cases, are the work of third external parties trying to create unrest in India, Pakistan and all over SA. Then they can continue to boss over us, sell us arms and loan us money that we do not need - but they do so that their money is not sitting idle.
