But this is true all over the world. Hindus get good jobs in west, but muslims are discriminated. So the problem is with muslims

I personally live in states i never got a problem finding a better job or being getting discriminated. i am Muslim and got a good sized beard.

It's very stupid of the company to start the religion as the reason for the job application rejection. There could have been thousands of reasons to reject someone rejection. Every job vacancy attracts thousands of applications and only a few gets selected and not all rejections are based on religion.

This has nothing to do with Hindus & Muslims, it is about Surti Gujaratis. The diamond business is done by the Surtis (from Surat) and they are a closed community and do not let anyone from outside enter the diamond trade. In my youth , I had tried my best to get into it (as the money is good) but I couldn't do it, though I had many friends who were already in the trade.
