you cannot really hold a person in Jail if there is no evidence to convict him , we arrested him on the pretext that India will provide the evidence (as your media/gov were shouting Undeniable evidence , undeniable evidence) , we upholded our end , your government on the other hand we unable to uphold theirs , No evidence was presented by India ... NON whatsoever that was relevant or admissible. . so the fault lies with you not us. think about it .

The court has used just 50 witnesses in last 6 years and more than 100 were yet to be called for.

First of all no amount of evidence would be enough for Pakistan for the obvious reason.

Secondly, since the attack was planned in Pakistan, India can only provide you so much. It is Pakistan's responsibility to work on those leads and find prosecutable evidence. But we all know the sincerity of the state of Pakistan.

If this was true and your courts operated independently and at their own speed free from any political considerations/pressure only after all legal avenues had been exhausted then we wouldn't have seen the knee-jerk response after the Peshawar atrocity where all those terrorists were hanged.

I don't know why Indians are crying over this, Pakistani courts aren't prosecuting terrorists which are hurting Pakistan itself why would they care about one person who is accused by none other than India. Let them nurture these snakes all we have to do is adopt a more proactive and robust policy for internal security.

Actually the blame doesn't lie with the courts I suppose. If the state attorney sound stupid and frivolous, court is bound to release them.

We had cases like these where 9/11 pleas were trashed solely because of representatives' stupidity.

It is not good to compare US trying 9/11 culprits

You simply can't have it both ways.

More then 1500 terrorist were convicted and as per law even their last appeals to Apex court rejected. It was only that PPP government under international pressure imposed a self proclaimed ban on capital punishment. The ban is now lifted and those proven guilty started giving death sentenced.
To setup military courts is because most of the terrorist have put up arms against our state and Armed forces. They needed to be punished under Armed Forces Act. Other issue is of Judges and Witnesses protection.
