You anger is justified as your loved one faced something wrong; but only against the perpetrator.

Get this thing in your thick head: Crimes happen everywhere. By your logic, your entire country should be crime free. Yet there are racist attacks, arsons and rampant beating up of people every now and then.

Of course there will be crime in a city of over 20 million people.
Your entire country has only slightly more people than that city and yet your rate of rapes are higher.
Do you really think that all go reported in any country? Dream on then.
Does it mean that Mumbai Police is sitting free?
