And for that you cannot blame anybody but some of you leaders in the past, who destroyed generations by propagating ideologies that suited them. That is not correct.

Through Afghanistan, RAW was able to provide money and weapons to Groups operating inside Pakistan. Modi is playing it smart, he does need to build a human intel network inside Pakistan.
