LAHORE - Jamaat-i-Islami chief Syed Munawar Hasan has said that the massive bogus voting in the May elections in Karachi revealed by the NADRA report in NA-256 seat has exposed the MQM’s 90 per cent mandate from the port City.
In a statement on Tuesday, he said that bogus votes were cast on mass scale in Karachi and Hyderabad in the National Assembly and Sindh Assembly seats from where the MQM had won.
He said that the MQM had been securing false mandate at gun point as the security institutions and the agencies knew everything but were not ready to speak out the truth and all past governments had been patronising the MQM.
Munawar further said that had the constituencies been demarcated anew and the polls conducted under Army’s supervision under the orders of the Supreme Court, the results would have been quite different.
The JI chief said the position all over Karachi was the same as had been revealed in NA- 256.
He said if all other parties had boycotted the polls like the JI, the MQM could not have succeeded in its designs.
Munawar said that in order to ensure the success of the on going targeted action, the Karachi administration needs to be pulled out from a state of fear and harassment.
He said all the actions carried out in Karachi so far had failed only because there was no guarantee for the security of the personnel engaged in these actions.

total votes casted are 200k. out of 84k checked by NADRA, about 6k verified votes, 57k couldnt be verified, essentially leaving 21k confirmed bogus votes, now one can speculate about the 57k votes, just remember which party banks 21k bogus votes and its MQM.

more or less if counter filing is done in lahore, all bogus votes would belong to pmln.


the point is not who won, the point is rigging elections, PTI has moved on with the results but not with the rigging. the system needs to be improved for the upcoming elections.

why are u ignoring the 11000 votes which are fake , 6000 dupicate, 320 no finger prints on counter files , 800 out of constituancy. so only 32000 votes have been verfied due to the ink problem and still 60 % of votes ( which are verfied are fake )

O bhai, read again what I said. I am not ignoring that. I am saying as per NADRA, PTI also has put their share in fake vote cast while competing MQM.

I told you that in gross understanding as exact figures are not shared, if PTI could have casted bogus votes, I assure you Imran Khan would be the Prime minister. its mqm/pmln/ppp domain to caste bogus votes.

It goes without saying that MQM has heavily rigged the past few elections. But if the alternative is Jamaati-e-Shaitani then I'd prefer MQM.

No so soon JI!! They are trying their best to meddle in the apparently solid case against their target killer who is alleged to have killed the lawyer. They are making threats to magistrates and judges in the case.

Once they get their target killer released their joker leader in London will cry hoarse that their 'workers' are being targeted. This is the true face of MQM. The only thing that will work in Karachi is not the courts but killing MQM terrorists like Naseerullah Babar did in 96.
