It is most unfortunate but it is a short coming of our political system. PTI can either ally with MQMP, or it can give up the right to form government and let the status quo parties form government, and MQM will join them instead.

It will be very dangerous for PTI because the people of Karachi voted strongly for PTI, but provincial government will still be PPP. PTI will have to be very careful and diligant to deliver in Karachi.

As unfortunate as it seems for you, there was no other possible way to do this in this situation unless PTI themselves won majority seats in NA which they couldn't. Atleast there's no farooq sattar or altaf hussain commanding the helm and both of those are majorly responsible for the ghunda gardi in MQM at the top.

I have no problem with MQM supporting PTI, I have problem with PTI calling them scum of earth then begging for support
