I belong to a non Punjabi family but many of my family members are or have been part of all 3 branches of the military. I have never heard of any incidents of discrimination from them.

Actually I have heard of 1 story of discrimination. My sister's best firend's husband is a SSGN. he was selected to be a military attache to Bahrain but he was later refused as he was a Shia, even though he was a Punjabi. The refusal had come from Bahrain not from Pakistan
