There are a few problems with this.

Because the court remanded him to Police custody for investigation, Police can not release him
police job is to investigate and provide all the info to the court regarding the case
Court then on hearing the case an d seeing the evidence can decide whether evidence is relevant and enough to further the case or release the convict

If the person is released directly from Police custody even before completion of remand period/investigation then there is some foul (pressure) play

If not, then all the crying and cribbing MQM supporters should see and appreciate the justice system and cooperate with authorities to hand over rotten eggs with in their ranks.

KARACHI: Muttahida Qaumi Movement’s (MQM) former member of Sindh Assembly has been released for lack of sufficient evidence, Geo News reported.

Nadeem Hashmi was arrested by Karachi police on charges of killing two policemen in North Nazimabad.

my boy which political party including PTI handed their fake degree walaas, fraudsters etc to the LEAs? even kicked them out?

MQM is doing a revamp of its organisation and kicking out all the unwanted people who are defaming MQM, 3,000-3,500 people have already been kicked out
