MQM can gather ten times more people in short notice than long march: journalists

.
I just returned from Long March after spending two open-sky nights there. I saw IK and other leadership spending night in his container while saw MPAs from KP spending 2-nights in open skies. This is not the case please stop spreading disinformation.

PTI workers are angry that your so called leader has abandoned long march, if he is not at Bani Gala he is surly not in the long march

.
revolution can only be brought by people from rawalpindi and islamabad  u mean boot revolution lolz

How many times in 30 years you have brought the revolution from karachi to the capital?:omghaha:
Only the boots from islamabad & pindi can put a MQM governor in sindh, right?:pdf::angel:

People like you should not be on PDF for obvious reasons. People and members like these are the reason why PDF is loosing it's charm. It is mentality like this the country is in such a mess today, and when someone tries to fix it, you ridicule him/her with your absurd feedbacks... Please stop quoting my posts in the future... I'm not going to respond to your stupid posts unless you grow the quality of your posts.

not forming karachi a separate country after what boots did to us in the 90s is the biggest revolution MQM brought

now MQM is bringing revolution by getting ex chief of army staff off the hook

I love how on every single type of these threads people come along post something along the lines of "mera phuppo ke betay ka best friend ke uncle ke bathijey ko MQM ne jalsa mai force kiya tha". Why are people so stupid to understand that MQM has a vote bank of millions, its workers alone run in to lakhs. It isn't that hard to understand how MQM can still pull such large crowds.

Although I agree with a previous poster, MQM of the 80s/90s could pull even bigger crowds. MQM has lost steam, their politics after 2006 has been quite confusing., and the people responsible for this are the middle tier leadership who wants to keep Altaf hussain in the dark about their criminal activities. Such a shame really, out of all the political parties, MQM showed the most promise.

ur uncle is a big fat liar, have you ever even visited MQM jalsa?
Point is not this but has MQM EVER mobilized its supporter (willing or unwilling is another issue) for the greater good of Pakistan? To my remembrance, NEVER. Its focus has always been to remain in power in Urban Sindh and not allow others to challenge her hegemony.

There is a famous quotation from Mark Twain, "A person who won't read has no advantage over one who can't read"; read it like this "A party who won't mobilize her support in the greater good of the country has no advantage over one who cant".

MQM has always mobilised crowd for the 'greater good' did 2 times rally in support for pak army, did biggest woman jalsa for woman rights, held jalsa for malala, held pashtun jalsa and many more which i don't remember

I don't think we can compare those times with this.

Situations have changed, and there isn't much agitation now.

Nope, we can compare less than 7 years ago to today. Today the crowd came on vehicles which took up the road. but the crowd with Benazir was all people and literally the whole of Shahrea-e-Faisal was filled. So there is no comparison to a space a car takes up and a person takes up.

no party can infact challenge MQM, for anyone to challenge MQM, they will need to generate organisation like MQM

It is ethnicity card my friend. To challenge MQM, the demography of Urban Sindh would have to be changed, which is happening but slowly. What MQM has been resiting from the time of Qasba and Aligarh massacre (and I support MQM there at least)? it is the demographic shift nothing else.

even if the demography is changed, who is suitable to replace MQM  MQM is the only party that has organisation good enough to run the city and every ethnicity residing in Karachi knows it
