Need permission from the Interior Ministry. If I remember correctly around 9 years ago it cost Rs 24,000 or Rs 26,000 to buy one. My choice MP5A3.

Its next to impossible....even if you get it from Durra and Secert service came to knew that you have acquired mp-5 or G-3 then you will be in a big trouble,because the only reason to get this gun is that any soldier dies and you pick his gun from tribal area.

So,in my opinion if any one has plans to acquire this gun from Durra don't even think of disclosing it.

You're right. That's exactly the reason why they've been banned. You buy it, and you can instantly be tagged as a murderer. Though i wish the MP5 was for sale in Pakistan, legally. It's love!

And yes, my G3 is legit!

Try getting your hands on a HK-94. MP5 semi automatic made for the US civilian market. You can find a few MP5 clone as well. Special Weapons LLC used to make SW-5 but have discontinued it. If you can find one.... probably cost between $1500-$1900.

You really need to prove security threat to the Interior Ministry to get approval for the MP5... not to mention a lot of good connections to get that far.

lets talk about M16...though its expensive but its available in Pakistan (esp in Durra) and there is no restriction on M16 because its not a standard weapon for PA.

I believe the reason why our Secret Services go for people with PA official weapons is the serial no on the gun....so that they can track the actual culprit.

The best thing i like about Durra is that one get weapons at his door step....the delivery charges are included in the deal.The Czech upgrade of AK-47 is only in 60,000

POF sells the MP5. It's not simple as handing them the money and getting the weapon. My point was, yes the MP5 can be bought. As soon as I get more info on the current procedure to purchase one, I will post it.

It's very difficult to get one and for a good reason....but not impossible.
