If you mean by begging to every country in the world for hand out is the major requirement for world economics/politics then yes we don't matter.do this Knee-high , mini tadpole country even matter in world politics/economics????
The only organ you seem to be missing is your brain. No one wants to be a Bangladeshi if they are not already one.
Vietnam can be another development powerhouse, it is almost like a mini China in every way. BD is more like a mini India.

The advantage of BD is that it can create countless stories, because nobody cares about BD.I cannot quite agree with this.
India is not populated by labor intensive industries like Apparel, small electrics. electronics. They do not have coastal SEZ's for these industries like we do. We have over 100 SEZ (Special Economic Zones). We are actually modeling ourselves after Malaysia, Thailand and other mini tiger economies (some would even say parts of coastal China export cities with adjoined ports) rather than India.
The difference between Vietnam and Bangladesh is that unlike Vietnam we have a strong backward linkage industry for most industries (especially textile spinning, weaving etc. for apparel, leather production for dress shoes).
Vietnam does classic value addition in Thailand style, bring in cheaper Chinese textile, sew it using low-wage Vietnam labor then export it. However Bangladesh wages are (again) half that of even Vietnam.
Labor cost is probably one-third that of China, precisely why Apparel, toys, trinkets, small electrics, shoes production is moving to Bangladesh from China now.
India is in a class by itself (unlike tiger economies and quite unlike Bangladesh), they have tremendous backward linkage capability for raw material of EVERY kind, thanks to their size, and they are a huge self-sufficient market which doesn't even need exports, there is plenty of demand to fulfill within India.
Whatever India exports is marked by two things, either by foreign investments from the likes of Hyundai, Samsung, LG, MBZ etc. to export complex products like locomotives, ships or automotive (expensive items like Mercedes Benz GLC to USA or cheap cars to EU), or commodity exports for labor intensive items (like cotton for apparel or food processing inputs to places like Bangladesh).
The scope for production in India is on larger scale industrial items rather than labor intensive items which goes back decades earlier than when China started its revolution. For many items, production started as import-substitution items, then came exports which grew. The economy in India does not NEED to be export-oriented like a tiger economy to drive growth.
However, lately even Indians themselves are saying that export growth is lackluster and not in keeping with the size of its economy. This is baffling and can be attributed to a strange type of complacency that is typical to India itself. This business mentality by Indian entrepreneurs goes back to the days in the 60's and 70's when India was a closed economy and did just fine with its low quality local products that did not need to compete in world markets.
Actually export basket in India is quite diversified unlike Bangladesh, but it is also eight times larger than our economy. However nowadays Chinese exports are many many (a hundred?) times more diversified compared to India.
Bangladesh therefore is not a mini-India. We consume a lot of Indian products of every type (not in least food items), because of cheapness and proximity, and are similar in culture, but Bangladesh is completely different as the economy is mainly export-oriented as well as somewhat domestic-consumption driven unlike the rest of South Asia.
You are painting with too wide a brush and being a bit racist too. We all have human features that seem odd to others but the better 'humanist' thing is to embrace our minor differences (instead of being annoying petty racist mini despots).
In the US, I have dated quite a few Chinese women, some with decades of family history in US, some directly from educated Chinese upper middle class families, I have been open about embracing them and so have they. We find our family values are quite similar. Why bring in artificial differences where there are none?
Look at your handle....

Make update yourself. Bangladesh launched 4G in early 2018. You can say Bangladesh is very late here. But it is due to govt. disapproval. Our Telecom companies were ready much earlier, but they had to wait for several years to get Government permission to finally launch 4G.Finally explain a bit. smart TV need 4G network support.. But as I know, Bangladesh has only 2G or 3G.
Dont yu think simple economy based on basics and pays good dividend is far better than complex economy got stuck in trap...India got more complex economy index compared with Bd, in which relies heavily for RMG related industry for 90 percent of BD export

No, you are wrong in this count. BD has already introduced 4G technology to its communications system although I am not quite ignorant about its application to the smart TVs.
