Please China make some islands in the Indian ocean, to keep eye on a certain country.

Not really a engineering miracle if you ask me, more a thing by creating lands by sands. Actually every country can do if it has or can buy the expertise and machines. Wait some times. We will create 100 more islands at sea.

I didn't said that was a miracle but an achievement, this allow China to have permanently bases in SCS and we don't have to dispatch fighters to patrol thousand mille as US did, we're there 24/7 the whole years. Sure you can create as many islands as you want but that will not change any thing to China. If we decide to militarized it such as dispatch S-400 and war plane, we virtually declare ADIZ over SCS.

I think the big loser would be the US as its control would get weaker. Both JP and SK know that as long as they do not bark at China from the US lap and on the US leash, China won't be touching them. Historically China has never been aggressive to its Northeast Asian cultural extensions.

Only if SK and JP allows the US to hurt China's interests through their land, then JP and SK can kiss goodbye to their development.

VN, too, need not to worry. Because, as long as the VCP is in power, the US is VN's inherent, blood enemy. The two simply cannot exist as one has to go. If we rule out the probability that VN would stage a regime change in the US, then VN has every reason to be concerned about a situation vice versa (and a bloody one like in Libya).

So, I believe, inherently, VCP is too happy about China's growing peaceful and peace-ensuring presence in the SCS. But, at the same time, VCP has to play government, hence, overtures to the US.
