Most hard hitting Press Conf. of Fawad Chaudhry against Neutrals/Estab., no holds barred

جنرلز اور ججوں کو بند کمروں میں فیصلے کرنے کا اختیار نہیں ، فواد چودھری کی دھواں دار پریس کانفرنس

Lesson for seasonal inqalabis. This is how you take corrupt military judicial establishment to the cleaners while staying in Pakistan, unlike your Mafroor leader hiding in London

That statement ' Estab. kay munh ko Khoon Laga huwa hai', and ' 8 Generals and Judges cannot decide the fate of the nation' is apt and most hard hitting.

The whole wordings of the Presser is like a thunder bolt to the Estab. And found Fawad Chaudhry to be most brave and eloquent of any PTI member.

You have a point here, nevertheless my respect for IK will increase manifolds if he goes through the same trials and tribulations as MNS along with his family has borne.
For starters let's see IK in Attock jail. Landhi jail, Adiala jail, Kot Lakhpat jail. Then let's see his family and close ones arrested and put to bars for a very long time. Let's see IK go to trials every day and the media beating the drums.
If that's not enough let's see his assets frozen and any business confiscated etc etc.

Yes, powerful and hegemonic cartels need to be dealt with bigger power and show of strength. Here PTI with huge support of the people, Social media, bar councils, civil society, overseas Pakistanis, pressure groups is very successful.

First time power corrupt Estab. is up against a force to reckon with and wilting under pressure of Awam and all.

What are you even talking about? Despite your background, let us just say for the sake of debate that you are sincere in your above comment of respect for IK, even then you are comparing apples and oranges because a) Imran Khan hasn't done any corruption unlike Nawaz whose hands are full and b) Nawaz could have decided to stay behind and fight this system like a true leader however if history is anything to go by, he has always proven to run away at the slightest whisper of hardship.
The same happened during the Musharraf era when he ran away to Jeddah and this time again during PTI tenure.
So i don't know what trials and tribulations did MNS went through because apparently he has always been the poster child of the establishment and he still banks on them to bring him back to power.

Imran Khan has not tried to kill his own army chief by diverting his aeroplane full of passengers to land in India
Imran Khan has not stormed the Supreme Court with his Gullu Butts forcing Chief Justice of Pakistan to flee. So please stop comparison of Imran Khan with your civilian dictator Mian Mafroor

The detailed verdict by Supreme court just 2 days before elections shows how they're trying to influence elections providing narrative against PTI

Exactly, this was mentioned by Fawad Chaudhry in the presser, he said the SC has waited for 4 months, they could have waited for three more days.

But don't think it will deter PTI or make any mark on the 17th July Bi-elections. Unless they, the govt. are coming with some more actions after this.

WOW, u r short on common sense. coming up with this pathetic logic.
u r saying that a chor has gone behind bars so a person who is not chor should also go thorough the same. BTW that madafker ur azzhole hero MNS shud had been hanged for what he has done and the level of his corruption. But u need others, who have not looted a single penny of the country should also suffer and go behind bars.
With this logic, the during the time of Khilafat all the persons would have lost their hands or heads because of single person because as per you, all the others should also go through the same.

PTI leader Fawad Chaudhry addresses a press conference in Islamabad on July 14, 2022.

LAHORE: PTI leader Fawad Chaudhry on Thursday declared the Supreme Court’s judgment on former National Assembly deputy speaker Qasim Suri's ruling during the no-confidence motion against then-prime minister Imran Khan as "full of errors".

Yesterday, the Supreme Court issued a detailed judgment in the suo motu notice case on the ruling by Suri under Article 5 of the Constitution with regard to voting on the no-confidence motion against Khan on April 3.

That day, before voting could commence against Khan, Suri, then the deputy speaker, dismissed the vote, describing it as "unconstitutional", and backed by "foreign powers".

The SC's detailed judgment, however, rejected PTI's foreign conspiracy claims and said the courts give verdicts on evidence not speculations.

In a hard-hitting press conference in Lahore today, Chaudhry said his party would get the verdict quashed by the next “representative and elected assembly”.

Chaudhry, while raising questions on the SC verdict in the case, said that the apex court "does not have a stellar record" when it comes to judgments.

“President of Pakistan penned a letter to the SC seeking investigations into the cipher,” he said, alleging that the top court was reluctant to lend an ear to the plea.
“Many people do not want to probe the cypher. Wise people know why the cipher is not being investigated,” he added.
The PTI leader urged the top judge to investigate the diplomatic cable "under which an elected prime minister was removed in Pakistan".

Dubbing the incumbent rulers as "fraudsters", he said that those who are leading Pakistan today are an "insult to the people".

The PTI leader said that the judges should have taken notice when horse-trading was being carried out at the Sindh House.
“Pakistan’s political decisions should be made in political arena,” he added.

Lashing out further at the incumbent government, Fawad said that Bilawal Bhutto Zardari is "proving to be the most unsuccessful foreign minister" in the history of Pakistan.

He reiterated that new elections were the only solution to the political crisis in the country. "We must decide, do we want a revolution with the power of the vote, or do we want a replay of Sri lanka's events?" he asked.

The PTI leader went on to say that in Pakistan, "the establishment has developed a taste for making political decisions in the country".

"This can no longer occur, that judges and generals make decisions behind closed doors,” he said.

He also expressed his annoyance over the additional note in the ruling, penned by Justice Mazahar Alam Khan Miankhel saying “if we begin to pursue cases under article 6, we will find there are more people to hang than there are nooses”.

In his additional note, the justice observed that President Arif Alvi, then PM Imran Khan, then NA speaker Asad Qaiser, ex-deputy speaker, and former law minister Chaudhry had violated their authority.

"Whether the stated acts attract Article 6 of the Constitution (high treason) is also left open to be determined by the Parliamentarians as to whether they leave open the doors for such unconstitutional acts or take suitable measures to stop such like mess in future," he wrote.

He pleaded with the judges to refrain from such harsh remarks.

“What should the punishment be if judges violate the Constitution?" he asked, adding: "What will be the result if Bhutto's case is reopened?”

Fawad said that before writing the verdict, the chief justice "should have had everyone read the cipher”.

The PTI leader said that "if he does not probe the diplomatic cable, the next government will surely investigate it".

Speaking of the upcoming by-polls in Punjab, Fawad said that his party "will not allow rigging at all costs".

Responding to a question, he said that "it is his right to comment on decisions".

SC has directed gov to initiate Article 6 treason proceedings against IK. Or should i say SC has been instructed.
Purpose is to throw him out of politics by hook or by crook. Hang him if he does not fall in line or disqualify him forever.

SC judge urges Article 6 proceedings against President Alvi, Imran and others - Pakistan - SAMAA (samaaenglish.tv)

This is blatant and one-sided intervention into parliament proceedings to target PTI while giving clean chit to money launderers, drug dealers, real traitors, murderers, election stealers, and human traffickers.

After July 17 election, it will be clear if people's wishes will be respected or own stubbornness will prevail.

The problem with Power is that it never comes to senses until it is broken. That's what history teaches us.
