What about rainforests of Northeast,Rajasthani forts,islands of Andamans,deserts of thar.

I like Uttaranchal also

I have never been to Kashmir
I would like to include Ladakh and Leh bcuz I love the pics of the landscapes.

India is a diversified country
You can find beautiful mountains in north
while beautiful rain forest in the north east
in the west you get gigantic forts while on the eastern side you find beautiful beaches
South comprises of beautiful temples and rivers

You take out one part and the list would look incomplete
