Not quite. The situation although simple is quite profound. There are three possibilities here -Dont need to move anything. Just fire some mortars back into Iranian territory for each violation. Iranians are more stretched then us, all the way to Syria.
1. Pakistan's territorial sovereignty was blatently violated by Iran.
2. Pakistan's territorial sovereignty was not violated by Iran.
3. Pakistan territorial sovereignty was violated by Iran but there are mitigating circumstances.
If it is [1] then frankly Pakistan is obligated to make a serious diplomatic demarche. If this is a serial problem and previous demarches given have had no effect then a full and robust reply that amounts to "punching Iran" is in order. This might entail a full scale artillery assault or perhaps even a air attack by PAF. So designed to make it known that should this repeat itself then Pakistan will escalate it to full alert. This would make it clear to Iran that such actions are not acceptable.
