Air Defence Identification Zone is NOT territorial sea and Airspace of Taiwan. China never (til this day) enters within 12 nm of Taiwan (which is the territorial sea and airspace of Taiwan)

The best Chinese came up is around 20nm. Which went pass the Median Line (Which was never crossed since 49'), but Chinese Naval and Air Exercise is outside Taiwanese Territorial Airspace. And your own reference said ADIZ as well.
