In Sindh, Nisar Khoro sold education, fisheries and what not department jobs like bread. Many people passed CPSC test, never called for an interview(and btw I am one of them). Those jobs were sold by Mr Nisar Khoro on the behalf of Mr Asif Ali Zerdari.
