More than a dozen F-22s Possibly Damaged Beyond Repair

So people from countries who are behind US in aviation and have no aviation experience themselves are laughing at a few US aircraft misfort

People from countries who are behind X country in some area also often laugh at country X's misfortune. Many people are born or learn to be very cruel. Also I don't think anyone is laughing at USAF. I don't understand F-Sola so maybe that?

It take literally weeks of planning to move a static display aircraft.

But here we are talking about front line aircrafts that are under intensive maintenance that rendered them not flight capable.

My F-16 has a wingspan of 33 ft or 10 meters. The average two-lane road width is about 10 meters. No room for errors. So to tow an F-16 on the streets would require traffic shutdown. Then we need to find a business that can handle such a special task. Then we need to plan a route. Then we need police escorts throughout the entire journey. It is simply not logistically feasible.

I don't take satisfaction when USA loses money - cos someone else will have to pay for it.

On any flying base, there is ALWAYS a certain quantity of jets that are in maintenance.

Code One: The jet is flight capable and combat ready.

Code Two: The jet have some minor deficiencies that under urgent conditions can fly.

Code Three: The jet simply cannot fly.

A 'hurrivac' is short for 'hurricane evacuation'. Flight capable jets are flown out to safety, usually the codes One and Two. For the Code Three jets, we will take our chances. In this case, we lose.

Bank's dont insure war machines that are meant to destroy or be destroyed ... Furthermore, we are not making fun of humanity but of financial losses ... Which is OK :)

It is this kind of attitude which explains why Thailand got tons of help after the Tsunami
and Pakistan got basically nothing after the major earthquake a little later.
