A study by UC Berkley shows that murder rate in muslim countries is upto three times less than in non-muslim countries.
The study went so far as to exclude the south american countries with abnormally high murder rates (Columbia, Venezuela, etc), the murder rate in muslim countries was still much lower.

If you had any comprehension problems, they are taking about murders, not female infenticide

May be because murders are not widely reported in Muslim countries especially those belonging to troubled regions.
