The thread opener cannot even differentiate between a social issues topic and a strategic issue topic. Decides to post just on headline.. tells me how much of material is actually read and how much is just quick copy pasting to score points.

If this Moron spend time and focus on writing, publishing the search work on his REAL SUBJECTS then It will greatly help out Pakistani university students and researchers.......
But instead he always butt in subjects which are out of his scope and he get humiliated.
Be it strategic issues, be it weapon systems, be it social/ religious issue or economic issue, be it any geo political issue.
You always see this loser with his bongian arranged in a scientific pattern addressing every sort of issue with same focal point......

The author is a teacher and he is talking about students and teachers. That is not straying from his field of expertise.
If 18 year olds cannot do square root of 4 or plane geometry, don't you think there is a genuine problem?
Frankly I'd be more than happy if Hoodbhouy accepts Indian citizenship. We are in desperate need of better teachers and he is more than qualified for that job.

Any person whether he is an Indian or a Pakistani
IF he or she writes under his own Name and Photograph is RESPECTABLE
You may not agree with Them it is OK
For instance we Indians DO not agree with Riaz Haq
But Parvez Hoodbhoy ; Hussain Haqqani ; Tarek Fatah have Courage
Indians ALSO have writers who are FRIENDLY to Pakistan
