Brother, Lets not jump guns here and say that all problems of Pakistan has a forign hand. It was first your ISI that created a home spun bread of terrorist cells to operate against India. They never had control over these cells untill recently and it was the ISI's decession to bring in US agents into play. Long back the ISI did all nonsence to the nation and what its doing now is to save the dignity of the nation and that of it ownself.

Nope... the visas were issued by Husain Haqqani ignoring the standard procedures.
it was discovered later that all applicants gave false personal details and ID's.
All such visas were extended by Rehman Malik locally... Raymond Davis was one example.
ISI was never involved in granting visa.
